Human Pituitary LINCOplex Kit

 All components are included in each kit (capture antibody immobilized on microspheres, bead diluent, detection antibody cocktail, standards, quality controls, streptavidin-PE,wash buffer, assay buffer, 96-well microtiter filter plate, matrix solution) and are sufficient to run 38 samples (serum, plasma or tissue culture medium) in duplicate in a 96-well microtiter plate.

This multiplex assay kit can be used for the simultaneous quantitative determination of the following six human pituitary hormones in any combination: FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin, GH, and ACTH. LINCOplex® is especially useful for conducting multiplex assays on samples where limited volumes are available.

ASSAY CONDITIONS:  
25 µL sample volume
4 hour assay at room temperature

Each antibody pair used in this panel is highly specific and does not show any significant
cross-reactivity to other analytes within this panel.
